DESCRIPTION: The idea of this project was to create multiple of the same object but tweaking some things. For this I decided to just take picture of myself posing in different locations in my home. I did this by setting up my phone in a stationary place where I was able to fit most of the room in the frame. Then since my Apple Watch is connected to my phone, I was able to take pictures through my watch which would take it on my phone and there would be a 5 second countdown, giving me enough time to get in position and take my hand off my watch to take the picture. This made it a lot easier when editing all the images because I just had to stick with one image and then cut out all the other ones of me since the background was in the exact same position for every photo. This project was one of the ones I’ve had the most fun with.

SEMESTER: SP 23

DESCRIPTION: In this project I first thought of creating a movie poster. Since I have a huge love for Marvel movies, I decided to look up some of their movie posters and that’s where I got my idea and drew inspiration. I was able to cut out the characters from their own poster and combine to create a new image on mine. For the background I took an image from a show and painted over the sky to give it a different color and stroke and I also added some planets on the sides as well.

DESCRIPTION: For this project I thought I would do something with my favorite musical artist “Juice WRLD”. I first drew inspiration from one of his albums covers “Death Race For Love” and decided I wanted to recreate that in a way. I already liked the way the title of the album looked so I was able to use that and then I took an image of him at one of these concerts in the middle of performing and duplicated it three times overlapping one another and adding different colors. In my opinion album covers look best when it’s nice and simple with not too much going on and that’s what I was going for with this. The only thing I would have added is something else in the background to give just a little bit more life.

TITLE: A Day at the Beach
MY ROLE: Digital Artist
SOFTWARE: Adobe Photoshop
HARDWARE: Dell XPS 2022
DIMENSIONS: 600 x 800px
CLASS: ART 110 – Foundations in Digital Arts
PROFESSOR: Joshua Haddad
SEMESTER: SP 23
INSTITUTION: The University of Tampa
DESCRIPTION: This was meant to depict a day at the beach in Florida. I first started by creating the foreground, middle ground, and background. Then I added some elements in each to give the scene more life. What worked best for me was all the objects that are in the ocean. The hardest part was making everything in the sand look more realistic.

TITLE: Image Collage
MY ROLE: Digital Artist

HARDWARE: Dell XPS 2022
DIMENSIONS: 600 x 800px
CLASS: ART 110 – Foundations in Digital Arts

SEMESTER: SP 23

DESCRIPTION: The task for this was to take a bunch of different images and smash them all together to create a collage. My idea for the images was to take a bunch of different things I like from different topics and combine all together. Some of these images you see include my favorite characters from movies, favorite music artists, role models, animals and other objects.

TITLE: Still Life Portrait
MY ROLE: Digital Artist
SOFTWARE: Adobe Photoshop
HARDWARE: Dell XPS 2022
DIMENSIONS: 600 x 800px
CLASS: Digital Illustration
PROFESSOR: Joshua Haddad
SEMESTER: SP 23
INSTITUTION: The University of Tampa
DESCRIPTION: For this still life portrait, I took different objects from my room and put them all together to create a new image as a reference. I then used that to re-draw all the objects by connecting a WACOM tablet and for someone who isn’t good at drawing, I liked the way this tuned out. The hardest part was making the shadows look real and always giving the plastic water bottle that clear color. The objects you see displayed include two Super Mario Bros PEZ Sticks, A laptop, plastic water bottle, blanket, key, and a sponge.

DESCRIPTION: For this project I wanted to create a fake advertisement for my favorite roller coaster located at Florida’s Magic Kingdom, which is “Space Mountain”. I thought a cool idea for this would be to make the scene be set in space have the roller coaster fly through to really give it those space vibes. I then used the actual ride as a reference to draw the exterior part of the ride. I also used a cartoon character as the reference for the scared person to add a bit of that nervousness feeling to the ride.
