Jake Butler is an editor, filmmaker, and student at the University of Tampa. He has worked on several student films as a PA, sound mixer, digital imaging technician, script supervisor, and editor. As a student of New Media, Butler strives to find ways to incorporate new technologies and mediums, such as virtual production and social media, into his film projects. Butler is currently working with central Florida band The Spring as a director on a series of videos for their upcoming EP, the first of which is a music video that is set to released towards the end of 2021.
