In 2018, he retired from the United States Marine Corps, having completed 20 years of honorable service. During his military career, he served as a percussionist, audio engineer, small ensemble leader, and enlisted conductor. Josh holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in New Media from the University of Tampa. He is also a graduate of the advanced courses at the Armed Forces School of Music and a member of the Audio Engineering Society. Additionally, he holds Dante Level II &amp; ProTools User certifications for audio networking and digital recording.
