DESCRIPTION: In one of my old sketchbooks, I had a drawing of a trippy alien goddess. As a part of my refresher of Illustrator, I challenged myself to trace over that drawing almost two years later in the summer of 2022. This was made with the pen tool, with a combination of gradients and solid colors for the fill.

DESCRIPTION: Over the summer of 2022, I wanted to give myself a refresher of Illustrator. I created this image of Lois from Family Guy using the pen tool, and then played around with gradients when filling her in with color.

DESCRIPTION: This assignment was used as an introduction to the different brushes and features of Adobe Illustrator. At this time, I had little prior experience with the software. I traced over an image of myself using the eyedropper tool to make circles filling in my skin texture, and then played with brushes to add details to my hair.
