  • Description:  This environment was built to go along with the Star Wars theme that I was sticking to for the semester. This project ended up being a collaboration of modeling in Maya and texturing, lighting, and animating with Blender. The fact that Blender’s Eevee rendering engine is in real time, made me want to export my project from Maya to Blender then do the lighting and animating there. This was an attempt to test a new portion of my personal pipeline. This is significant because it saved me countless hours of rendering with Maya.
