DESCRIPTION: For the final project for the course, my group and I chose to recreate a scene from “Indiana Jones”, renaming it “Illinois Jones”. We filmed this project in one night, 5 hours give or take, after many obstacles, such as the actors breaking the idol prop and technology (the LED Volume wall) not working. Despite the challenges, I feel as though our group succeeded and made a very successful scene recreation.

DESCRIPTION: In a modernization of the 1939 film “Nancy Drew…Reporter”, Nancy and Ted interview Eula Denning, a woman accused of a crime she did not commit, in an attempt to free her from jail. This was my second time directing, and I felt considerably more confident in the role and am very happy with how the final product turned out.

DESCRIPTION: A young girl, struggling with adjusting to her new life at college, slowly realizes that her medicine is heavily affecting her mood and her ability to adapt to her new environment. This was the first film I ever wrote and directed by myself. I had done group projects before, but this solo project taught me a lot of new things. I had a small crew to help with sound, lighting, and continuity, and even working with them taught me a lot.
