TITLE: Orange
DIRECTOR: Madison Harris
TYPE: Narrative
ROLE: Art Assistant
SEMESTER / TERM: 2023 Spring Semester
INSTITUTION: The University of Tampa
DESCRIPTION: This film was a very fun set, and creating the outdoor party remnants scene was fun to do, especially finding a way to dress so that the props and pieces were visible in the dark. This film is still in post-production and I am excited to get the final stills when it is finished!

TITLE: Adeline and The Cyborg
DIRECTOR: Hannah Sam
TYPE: Narrative
ROLE: Set Decorator
SEMESTER / TERM: 2023 Spring Semester
INSTITUTION: The University of Tampa
DESCRIPTION: This film was a lot of fun to dress as it is a dystopia piece set in a forest and a barn. This is probably the most art-heavy film I have been a part of, and it has been a wonderful experience. The first two photos in the gallery are from the planning process where the production designer and I were figuring out how to turn the open-air barn into a handmade apocalypse shelter. This film is still in post-production so stills are slowly coming in from the director/editor.

TITLE: When We Met
DIRECTOR: Ximena Salazar
TYPE: Narrative
ROLE: Art Assistant
SEMESTER / TERM: 2022 Fall Semester
INSTITUTION: The University of Tampa
DESCRIPTION: I was not supposed to be in the art department for this film, I was actually the 2nd Assistant Director, and maintained that role throughout the whole shoot, but after complications with the crew I also became an art swing for this production. That being said, it was my first time truly contributing to wardrobe, which was a lot of fun, and I always enjoy dressing scenes, so I was happy with this additional role placement.

TITLE: Pirates
DIRECTOR: Madison Harris
TYPE: Narrative
ROLE: Set Decorator
SEMESTER / TERM: 2022 Fall Semester
INSTITUTION: The University of Tampa
DESCRIPTION: This was an in-class project that, despite the challenges we ran into, was a lot of fun to set dress! Unfortunately, none of the footage where the set was constructed was usable due to footage error, so all I have is behind-the-scenes photos I took on the set day of.

TITLE: Knives Out: The Jersey Devil’s End
DIRECTOR: Penelope Vaughn
TYPE: Narrative
ROLE: Production Designer
SEMESTER / TERM: 2022 Fall Semester
INSTITUTION: The University of Tampa
DESCRIPTION: This project was definitely a strange one. It was an assignment for the course ‘The Creative Triangle’, and the assignment required our group to incorporate two modifiers into Harlan’s death scene from Knives Out: “pool” and “your hometown’s local cryptid”. We filmed this piece the week of Halloween, so naturally, we went all out with the cryptid decor and I had a lot of fun with the production design of this. The stills shown are from the raw and uncolored rough cut.

TITLE: A Cup Of Deja Brew
DIRECTOR: Jasmine Liaw
TYPE: Narrative
ROLE: Art Assistant
SEMESTER / TERM: 2022 Fall Semester
INSTITUTION: The University of Tampa
DESCRIPTION: I was only on set for the last day of production, which was moderate in terms of art intensity, but it presented a new challenge: creating a wedding venue out of the front of the business college building on the UTampa campus. It was a lot of fun creating a wedding scene and the small details that go with it.

TITLE: Untitled
DIRECTOR: Aiyanah Duddey
TYPE: Narrative
ROLE: Production Designer
SEMESTER / TERM: 2022 Fall Semester
INSTITUTION: The University of Tampa
DESCRIPTION: This film was a 48-hour sci-fi film festival submission. To my knowledge, the film was never submitted due to an issue with the footage, so I unfortunately, again, have no stills to share, but as production designer on this film, it was a challenge to work in tight time constraints, but a welcome challenge to get back into the swing of sets after summer vacation. This was not a very art-heavy film as it was a short time frame, but nonetheless, I enjoyed and appreciate the experience it gave me.

TITLE: Prima
DIRECTOR: Aiyanah Duddey
TYPE: Narrative
ROLE: Art Assistant
SEMESTER / TERM: 2022 Spring Semester
INSTITUTION: The University of Tampa
DESCRIPTION: This was my first time in any kind of art department role and I absolutely fell in love with it. This was a very art-heavy film as it is set in Victorian England, and we had to transform modern-day Tampa, Florida to fit that. The film is still in post-production, but I am very excited to see it when it is finished and be able to share stills of the set dressing.
