DESCRIPTION: This was the first part in the Color series. In the Color series, I was tasked with the challenge of having to add color to a black and white portrait. Unlike the second part of this series, I used various colors to try to give life into the image. In addition, I used the colors to portray her blush and eyeshadow to add more detail.

DESCRIPTION: This is the second part in the Color Series. For this piece, I need to convey the meaning of life with a limited set of color. The color I selected helped me create the perfect ideal I had for the ultimate singer. Freddie Mercury is a golden figure in the history of rock and I wanted to portray that with this piece. In addition, I selected the teal to help give the image a pop of color to help it stand out from the background.

DESCRIPTION: This is a series of still life based on the world around me. I gathered different objects in different locations. For this assignment, we were tasked with cross hatching technique for the drawing instead of using shading. I desired to capture life from the biggest to smallest angles that the human eye can see. First, I capture the biggest item that I could use. Lucky, the professor had these items on display which I could capture the likeness. Then, I proceeded to find objects of the next size and so on. I ended up selecting a common breakfast for my second drawing and a paperclip for my last.

DESCRIPTION: This assignment was designed to start to test out our skills in Photoshop. While, I have used Photoshop in the past. I wanted to see to what extremes that I could combine animals together. This chimera is based off of Mountain Dew’s Super Bowl 50 commercial in 2016. However, I still desired for the background to interact with my chimera. I decide to have the chimera have a biscuit with Mr. Trump. the one thing that unites us all is food.

DESCRIPTION: This Photoshop project had us design a poster for a imaginary activity. I decide to explore the idea of what if humans could play soccer with planets of the solar system. I located the best images that could help me recreate this idea. Then I had to play with the lighting to give of the effect that the players were really playing on top of the Planet Earth. In addition, I added dust effects to make it feel like that they were kicking up the surface of Earth during their game. Finally, I add the text and a bit more shading to finish off the image.

DESCRIPTION: This was my final Photoshop project in FMX 207. Similar to the Chimera, I gathered parts from different animals to combine into one figure. I used the body parts of a deer, panda and human to help create the body. Later, I added the hat and the red background to create this haunting effect.
