For the past year, Kylie Harlan acted as illustrator for the Team Sometimes Y Studios. She illustrated the card and credit illustrations for the Team Sometimes Y’s Unreal game, Part of You.

In the video game, Team Sometimes tasked me with the challenge of creating cards based off the various characters in the game. Team Sometimes Y would provide me with the character’s backstory to help me design the perfect card for their characters. For each of the cards, I made three concept art illustrations for each characters. The studio would then select one of the three cards before I went into the final. Over all, I made over ten cards for the video game, Part of You.

Another task, I was handed was making the illustrations for ending credits. Since the game operated on a multiple ending system, I had to design various illustrations to match the various ending in the game. Similar to the cards, Team Sometimes Y gave me a couple concept ideas for the credits. However, the studio also let me had creative control on how the credits may be produced.
