DESCRIPTION: For this project, we had to create a system were when the mouse cursor moved over the screen, the images and animations changed with it. This was another project that I was able to incorporate sports into. As seen above the video, the sprite sheet was critical in making nice looking animations as well as something that makes sense throughout the entire experience. As the cursor moves across the screen the character sprite, and subsequent animation would change, depending on the “x” value of the cursor in the window. This can also be used to tell mini stories or portray action sequences.

DESCRIPTION: In this project, my love for sports shined through again. Here we had to create an automated element to our projects. I chose to display a basketball player making a layup. For this I had to edit the players arm separate from his body so that it can move freely. Doing this for both of the players near the ball, I was able to give the view an interactive element of trying to block the shot.

DESCRIPTION: This project was much like this first vectors project we were tasked with. However, in this project we had to use images instead of shapes. For this, in the spirit of being new to Florida at the time, I chose to display beach themed images. Using different pictures of waves, crabs, starfish, and blurred beach as a background, I was able to create a mesmerizing kaleidoscope.

DESCRIPTION: In this piece, after we were first introduced to Dreamweaver, we were tasked with creating a collage using what we know. I used this opportunity to create a sort of flower style collage using multiple colors and layered patterns to create depth. This project was a lot of fun for me because not only does it look very cool but I was under control of every change that was happening.
