DESCRIPTION: This is my final Turntable created for my independent study course. I initially used this character in the senior project (seen under the senior project tab at the top of this page). This character was my last created as a student at the University of Tampa. It is entirely rigged and utilizes blend shapes in the face for basic animation. I took many details learned from the pirate model shown below, to make the modeling process of this character much faster and cleaner.

DESCRIPTION: Above shows a turntable animation showing the second character from my independent study. My primary objective with this character was to build confidence with box modeling a character in a T-Pose to then rig and pose in a scene best suited for the character. This was also my first time studying the topology of a human face and trying to model each part of the body for the cleanest deformation.

DESCRIPTION: This was the first character I created in my Independent Study course based around creating 3D characters. The character is fully rigged and skinned using HumanIK inside Maya. The model is shown with a basic turntable animation. My primary goal from this character was to get familiar with roughing out ideas for a character using basic shapes with some minor adjustments.
