DESCRIPTION: “Somewhere Else” is a fictional drama television series. The show explores the modern life of a teenage girl named Samara Blackwood, a 17-year-old senior at Eastview High School, smack in the middle of Griffinwich Island. Just trying to get through her last tense year of high school, until she starts to hear whispers and voices coming from the shadows of the people around her. I created a mini television series and then created the intro title sequence that would play before the episode starts. I wanted it all to flow from one screen to another with an emphasis on dark shadows contrasted by bright colors.

But perfection is unachievable, and people will die still trying to be perfect. My project showcases that struggle, and that perfection will only do harm when always trying to be perfect.
