My name is Jarron Webster, and I’m interested in your vacancy of film director. I’ve studied your company’s work and I feel I would be great fit with your team. I’m someone who is passionate about storytelling, I have strong leadership skills, effective communication, integrity, and I’m fully committed to the process. These are all values that I developed during my years of service in the Air Force, and have continued to cultivate them. While earning my BFA in film and media arts from the University of Tampa, I gained technical and creative experience behind the camera. I now have the ability to take all the skills I’ve learned and apply them in a creative and fast-paced environment .

I love telling stories using different creative elements and visions. Collaborating and bringing people together is something I thoroughly enjoy and prioritize. I believe that a well-rounded approach to authentic storytelling is best told using multiple voices. I’ve successfully produced and directed multiple films in which I operated with an inclusive mindset. That approach has created a fun and professional experience on each of my sets.
