Toriokira was created based on my love for horror movies and animations. The story of Toriokira is that a town in Japan is rumored to be close to the gates of hell. In this town, People have been turning into demons. There is a rumor that the town is stuck in purgatory but the demons want to drag it to hell. Suzuki Kasami, in this pilot episode, is introduced to the cause without any memories from before she arrived, she is attacked by a demon and unleashes a power she never thought she had.
