DESCRIPTION: “The International View” is a documentary focused around three international students that study at the University of Tampa. Since UT has a large international student population, I was very interested in why students from other countries decide to study here specifically. Aside from academics, I also wanted to know how life in the United States compared to life in their specific countries and how the United States is portrayed outside of the country.

DESCRIPTION: “Quaran-teens” is a documentary focused around the life of three college students during the COVID 19 pandemic. The students were also from three different countries, the United States, Holland, and Brazil and they were in their respective countries during the height of the pandemic. Since this was filmed during the pandemic, one of the interviews was conducted via Zoom, which was a very interesting experience considering I had never recorded zoom sessions before. The other interview was conducted over the phone and the audio was recorded via microphone.
