Title: Laughter
Semester: Fall 2020
Professor: Santiago Echeverry
Software: PhotoShop
specifications: 695x800px
class: FMX 210 – Digital Media
hardware: windows 10
Institution: University of Tampa
I had the idea of making this after being told, whatever our posters were, they needed to have some sort of message to them. I felt when making this, too many think there’s something serious ahead of them. Something they need to fight. Instead, I opted to go for a more lighthearted approach and come up with a message to help people smile. For this I had decided I wanted to use at least three primary colors, and let the black of my outline fill in the gaps visually. The tricky thing was to get the text to fit within the boxes I put at the top, as colors or text would bleed out where they shouldn’t. Fortunately I was able to put it together and I’m proud of the results.
Title: Proto logo
Class: FMX 210 Digital Media
professor: santiago echeverry
hardware: windows 10
specification: 800x600px
program: Adobe Illustrator
Term: 2020
Institution: University of Tampa
This was a first time I had used illustrator and needed to make a logo, I figured if I wanted to go into video games, I needed to start with a color palette I had consistently used through my work. This assignment was used mostly as a way to familiarize myself with the program and figure out how to make object and shapes. It was overall a good learning experience, and I now know down the line how to improve and make a logo that can be more recognizable if someone where to put it on a stamp.

Title: interactive resume
FMX 311: online production
Instructor: Santiago Echeverry
Institution: University of Tampa
Code: HTML5
Hardware: Windows 10
Term: Spring 2022
This assignment was to take a resume of myself showcasing a handful of my previous works from past classes or personal favorites and code them into this interactive format. The hardest part was to get the transitioning frames between subjects to display properly, as you see in the video, things will fade in and out based on which topic the mouse has hovered over. Thankfully, I was able to find a sweet spot where it comes to the final result you see here. Something else I had fun with was animating my picture on screen. I had done moving objects in the past, however I was nervous given how much time had past since I animated something in code. Overall this is an assignment I’m proud of.
