DESCRIPTION: This piece was written for the purpose of creating a simple adventure game. I decided to create an adventure based game around a cult in the 1970s inspired by both Charles Manson and the plot of FarCry 5. I wanted to add a twist and simulate it as a real-world escape room. The individual would be playing a role to escape the camp and actors would fill in as “NPCs”.

DESCRIPTION: This piece was written for the purpose of creating an interactive narrative that could be potentially played as a choice-based text game similar to Dungeons and Dragons. My inspiration came from my own childhood growing up in St. Louis, MO, and the idea that technology has more potential than what it is initially designed for. Hacking can be seen as a negative in many situations, but I wanted to play on the ethical dilemma of stealing to survive. I then translated that into a future based narrative to bring a fresh view onto the topic.
