MEDIA: Digital Photography
SOFTWARE: Adobe Photoshop
HARDWARE: iMac Os X
SEMESTER / TERM: SP 20
INSTITUTION: University of Tampa
DESCRIPTION: Headshots taken of Liz and Gaby on a whim one day. I set up lighting in the black box theatre, using Ikan LEDS against a black backdrop. I used a Canon 5d Mark IV and later edited them in Adobe Photoshop.

TITLE: On Set of Halloween Hustle (2019)
MEDIA: Digital Photography
CAMERA: Canon T5, 55-250mm
SOFTWARE: Adobe Photoshop
INSTITUTION: University of Tampa
SEMESTER / TERM: FA 2019
DESCRIPTION:  Photos I took BTS on set of a short film I was cinematographer on in Creative Triangle. Lighting was set up with Ikan LEDS, a few with blue gels and a red lightbulb. The lighting was set up to give a “night club” atmosphere, which I feel was accomplished. I later edited these photos in Adobe Photoshop.

TITLE: Dancing with the Space Coast (2019)
MEDIA: Digital Photography
CAMERA: Canon T5, 55-250mm
SOFTWARE: Adobe Photoshop
SEMESTER / TERM: Summer 2019
DESCRIPTION:  In Summer of 2019, I was hired as a freelance photographer for a charity event in Melbourne, FL. This event recruited the top business owners of Florida’s Space Coast and had them competing against each other to raise money for charities of their choice. I took action photos of the events, from the dance floor and various spots around the venue. I used a Canon T5 with a 55-250mm lens. The lighting was low, but I got shots with colored lighting.

TITLE: Portraits of Chase (2019)
MEDIA: Digital Photography
CAMERA: Canon T5, 55-250mm
SOFTWARE: Adobe Photoshop
SEMESTER / TERM: Summer 2019
DESCRIPTION:  Freelance portrait shoot I did with a friend of mine in my hometown. We did the photoshoot towards sunset allowing me to take advantage of the changing colors in the sky. I love how hazy and romantic the purple complimented against her in the first shot. In the second shot, we went into a local bar that had neon lights and arcade machines omitting colored lights harshly onto her. I positioned her in a way that the red and blue lights contrast against each other, but meet in the middle to create purple.

TITLE: Portraits of Yogurt (2019)
MEDIA: Digital Photography
CAMERA: Canon T5, 55-250mm
SOFTWARE: Adobe Photoshop
SEMESTER / TERM: Summer 2019
DESCRIPTION:  Portraits I took of my dog, Yogurt outside. I had her lie down and bribed her with something behind the camera to sit still. I positioned her around my sister to capture the shots.

TITLE: Portraits of Camden (2018)
MEDIA: Digital Photography
CAMERA: Canon T5, 18-55mm
SOFTWARE: Adobe Photoshop
SEMESTER / TERM: Winter 2018
DESCRIPTION:  Portraits I took during a Christmas light drive-thru show. Since we were in a slow moving vehicle, and the Canon T5 doesn’t capture clearly in low light, I got these heavily saturated photos with movement in the backgrounds that create a futuristic neon effect. I enhanced the colors in Adobe Photoshop to increase the effect.

TITLE: Astha at the Nursery (2019)
MEDIA: Digital Photography
CAMERA: Canon T5, 18-55mm
SOFTWARE: Adobe Photoshop
SEMESTER / TERM: Winter 2018
DESCRIPTION:  Portrait of Astha surrounded by plants in a nursery. I spontaneously took this photo candidly while we were catching up at one of our favorite places. We’d been coming here for years, and I decided to capture the moment of her inspecting plants. What makes this composition work is the colors all coming together with her outfit, along with the warmness of the photo rising up. This is one of my favorite photos that I’ve taken.

TITLE: Portraits of Gaby and Mariana (2018)
MEDIA: Digital Photography
CAMERA: Canon T5, 18-55mm
SOFTWARE: Adobe Photoshop, VSCO
SEMESTER / TERM: FA 18
DESCRIPTION:  Photos taken at the Tampa Museum of Art of Gaby and Mariana. These pieces were done on a whim, I noticed that they were both wearing yellow which went with the colors inside of the elevator amazingly. I gave Gaby (second photo, on the right) my red sunglasses to keep the warmness of the composition. I increased the saturation and edited the photos in Adobe Photoshop and again in VSCO.
