Description: This project was more of an exercise to practice rack focusing on a video camera. A rack focus or pull focus changes the focus of a shot from one subject/object to another. Simply put, the goal was to integrate this creative camera technique into a short story.

No dialogue short film.

Always commit to what’s necessary, not to what is expedient.

Description: This introductory project for this course was to create a comprehensible story with the absence of dialogue. It also targeted the importance of continuity. It was shot with a Canon t3i and the post production was achieved using Adobe Premiere Pro. An individual that is going through withdrawal, specifically drug withdrawal, is visually noticeable which is why I chose that topic for this short film.
