DESCRIPTION: This film was my final project for FMX 313; Documentary Production. Over the course of the Fall 2021 semester, I went to four Harry Styles concerts, which should have been during Summer 2020 if it weren’t due to Covid-19. However, because of the pandemic, when we all were able to come together again to have the live concerts, the atmosphere was unexplainable. I made this documentary to look back on my experience, as well as friends/stranger’s experiences at the shows for Love On Tour, the US leg of Harry Styles’ tour. I was very proud of how it turned out, and I really liked this class as it inspired me to document content unlike never before!

DESCRIPTION: This project was a precursor to my final project for FMX 313; Documentary Production. I wanted to test out the interview style and see if it would work for my final project. I found that I did in fact like the interview, and I loved being able to prove what she was saying with the b-roll above the footage. I kept the b-roll and interview style for my final project (which is seen above).

DESCRIPTION: This is an observational documentary on the University of Tampa’s yearly Spring concert, Party in the Park, which is planned by Student Productions. I have been on the concert committee since my first year at UT, and am even the Concert Chair this year. I find it really interesting that students plan the whole thing from start to finish, so I wanted to highlight that in a film. I like the footage that I got, but I wish I used more natural sound instead of just the song.
